Foreword
Occasionally, something unbelievably nice happens in book publishing, and you have the extreme good fortune to be holding one such incredibly nice thing in your hands at this very moment. Curt MacLean’s authentic, unexpurgated, unashamed, very private sexual past, Teenage 69 Memoirs.
These 69 views into one man’s explicitly detailed sexual life are totally, completely TRUE. This is not a work of fiction.
The manuscript was so large, and so minutely detailed, that we here at Surree Limited Inc. simply couldn’t put it down until we’d decided how we could publish something of such value, and of such a large size. The only economical answer was, as you have already noticed, to break the Memoirs into two parts and publish them as Book One and Book Two. This “Foreword” will be included with the text of Book One. which covers sexual memoirs one through 45, but it applies equally well to Book Two. which covers sexual memoirs 46 through 69.
The deeply penetrating insight into the mental and physical workings of Curt MacLean will remain a landmark in contemporary homosexual literature for many many years to come. The man is so incredible in the way he has rationalized his own motivations, and more incredible still in the mariner through which he imparts the raw data to his readers. The insight alone into what makes a man a man, an individual before all others, is value beyond measure.
Coupled with the sane way Curt MacLean has recognized, acted out, and absorbed his own private selection of masculine sex (and he does impart these valuable insights to the reader, too), this two-volume work becomes doubly valuable as a social document, if not indeed as a primer for beginners.
We hasten to clarify that that “primer for beginners” is stated explicitly to mean those persons, of whatever gender, who have just disembarked upon their personal voyages of discovery, bound toward realizing for themselves what they are, inside their own heads, and how best they can sexually perform for the most benefit to themselves and their sexual partners, of whatever gender.
This is not a leering, perverting work. No book is. But it is a staggering social document, and one that we here at Surree Limited Inc. are extremely pleased with.
We recognize the voluminous amounts of goodness that can come to any person who reads this book. To take pride in something like that, like this book, is really the ultimate toward which any publishing concern can strive.
