I screamed. I couldn’t believe the pain could be so bad.
The doctor wasn’t brutal, but then he wasn’t going to waste time pushing the instrument in slowly either. He knew my status. I was as near as dammit a slave. His duties involved tending Vince and his family—and with them he had the appropriate bedside manner—and us. With us, he was professional, clinical—and quite uncaring of any pain he might cause us. He well knew what Vince and the others got up to with us—indeed he often had to repair the damage.
And so he inserted the long shiny gadget up my ass until it was completely inside. And then he proceeded to turn the screw on the handle, opening it wider and wider, while I struggled against Anton’s big hands holding me down on the table.

I quickly subsided. Anything to get this awful inspection of my asshole over and done with. He got his head down and looked inside. He inserted more things. Tubes. Shiny gadgets. Mirrors.
