FOREWORD
We showed Rob Wynters the first copy of his first book, Long,Hard Wynters, (MH 414), and he was so damned excited and happy about it that he went home and wrote another. And we are as equally excited about this one as we were about the first, and hope he will be also.
Rob Wynters has a certain way of making the most simple incidents seem important to a reader, and we can easily identify with his thoughts, his actions, even his hopes and sometimes wild and wonderful dreams. Whether he’s talking about hard sex, hung boys, or an ice cream cone, you know he’s telling it like it is, you’re practically there with him.

We keep telling Rob Wynters he should be a writer, that he is a writer! But he just looks at us, sitting in a chair with his knees drawn up to his chin, and broods over it. “Naw,” he finally says with a twinkle in his deep eyes, “I just wanna be mayor of L. A.”
