Foreword
Much has been written and said about articles of clothing as they relate to specific sexual experiences. Often an item of apparel such as an athletic supporter, a certain type of underwear, or an unusual style of trousers acts as a very definite factor in sensual arousal. Many people even go so far as to say that a partially clothed body is more sexually stimulating to look at than is a nude one, no matter how muscular and well proportioned it may be.
Significant literary exploration has also been done regarding the role of clothing in the world of sadomasochism. In his classic book on the subject, The Leatherman’s Handbook, Larry Townsend devotes an entire chapter to the clothing and equipment employed by the leather devotee, including harnesses, hoods, restraints, and boots. In fact, heavy soled leather boots have become as much the mark of the true leatherman as have his bandana or his boldly clinking key ring.
The following novel explores beyond the concept of clothing as a sensual enhancement. It concerns a shy young man who is best described as a normal, healthy high school boy. No one has ever paid any attention to him, and until recently that has suited him.
Suddenly, he finds himself caught up in the shadow world of homosexuality. More than that, he discovers the hidden, unexplored, sensual side of his being. Once the lid is off, he spends every waking moment seeking physical satisfaction. He now wants more than anything else to be noticed by every handsome male in town. He has little luck, however, until he buys a pair of remarkable briefs.
This wildly printed, pink, blue, and purple garment changes his life. He is suddenly sought after, the object of all attention. All his lewd, boyish fantasies become reality. Little by little, he begins to feel that the bikini contains some sort of magic. With it, he is sexually desirable, without it he is as invisible as he had been before.
What happens when Randy loses his magic briefs and sets out to retrieve them brings this tale to its surprising climax.
