Bart was startled as he turned to see a good looking fellow of about twenty eight sharing the quiet platform with him. The platform was big enough for at least three or four people, and Bart briefly wondered why this stranger had chosen, to stand so close to him. The guy was so close that his elbow was actually touching him.
“Hi,” he said. “I didn’t see you come up here!”
“I walk quietly,” the stranger said. “Want a cigarette?” The dark young man offered Bart a pack! Bart hesitated for a second, he had never smoked a cigarette in his life, but decided that it was a good time for experiments, so he took the slender white cylinder and the other man light it for him! It was a far cry from his corn-silk experiments behind the barn, and he immediately choked up his first lung full of smoke! “Hey! Fella! Careful. Don’t you smoke?”
Bart was blushing like a bitch! “Hell no.
I just took the damn thing to be friendly!” Bart looked up at the man who was regarding him so seriously. The dim light showed finely chiseled features, shaded by the longest brown lashes vocative manner. He smiled as Bart studied him!
His neck was well muscled and thick, indicating that he was an athlete of some sort, and it tapered into the neck of a sports shirt which did not entirely hide his well developed shoulders and chest.
He wasn’t wearing a belt and his tight pants were slung low and hugged his thighs! “You new in the city?” he asked. “Yeah…first time today. I live on a farm about 125 miles from here!”
“Just out seeing the sights huh?”
