Foreword
“Oh, now really. I—I hired you because you’re well hung…”
So spoke Clay Farmington, the much admired and respected governor who had ambitious plans for the White House.
In “The Manager,” the reader is taken behind the scenes in the personal life of a prominent political figure, whose politics and sex run parallel paths of passion. Whose homosexuality and that of his assistants and hirelings is more influential in establishing policy than any public issue. A cock screwing an asshole may be an unusual motivation for the big push to the White House, but Clay Farmington almost proves it can be done.
Almost.
Farmington is no more, no less, than any of us though. We are all of us a conglomerate of emotions. In general how we are screwed pretty well determines the direction in which those emotions will lead us. In the question of sexuality, however, “The Manager” raises another question. Whether or not it is the cock or the crow that is the deciding factor in creating a political giant.
