INTRODUCTION

Thus he may flagellate his own penis and testicles with a many-thronged leather whip, oddly enough causing an erection and actual sperm-releasing orgasm. Frequently the homosexual’s lover, especially if he is of a sadistic type, will deliberately inflict rectal pain by an un-lubricated rear-end rape with his penis, or even a dry male dildo. The pain also results in an intense orgasm on the part of the homosexual who is being rectally invaded and abused.”
