INTRODUCTION

The John at Big Al’s Truck Stop had heavier traffic than Route 66 through Albuquerque. The trucker trade used the john to size each other up—to see how hard and tough they were. Sometimes the action got raunchy and rough. Sometimes Big Al himself got in on it. Men met, changed partners, tried new approaches, new kicks and new excitement. Come on in. Meet Jim, Bob, Jack, Big Dick, Aaron, and all the other humpy studs.

FOREWORD

All the world knows the Trucker as a hard, tough, red-necked illiterate. He’s the dude who rolls the highways, getting off on every sleazy waitress from New York to Los Angeles.

Well Jim, Bob, Jack, Steve, Big Dick, and yes, even Matthew are a breed apart. They’re tough and they can ride a rig hour after hour, speeding around the country with their diesels roaring and their trailers loaded.

They differ only in their sexual desires. They are human beings; men, who fuck, suck and get off on dudes just as road hardened as they, themselves are. But the local waitress, with her teased, bleached blond hair and swinging uptight ass leave them cold.

Al’s a man, all man. He’s proved his sexuality only to have his wife leave him and nearly kill his soul.

He’s found that having a man at his side is much more rewarding. And so have his friends, Jack and Steve, who been together for six years and own their own rig.

Bob and Jim, who’ve ridden the road together at least ten years, have a home, warmth and a genuine need for each other.

The following story destroys all illusions about all truckers being straight trade. It tells you how I’ve known them. Why I call them my best buddies. They are people I can depend upon for a good time, always, for a warm welcome in their homes and a decent, healthy exchange of male emotion.
