Evil becomes virtue, and a flabby auntie pulls in her stomach and becomes welterweight champ of the district.
It’s no wonder that Charley wanders bewildered from one rousing encounter to the next upside-down coupling. Each encounter leaves its mark on the boy, some of them brutal, some of them caressingly gentle. Slowly he masters a surefire technique for coping with the pretense around him. At last the real Charley pokes through the smokescreen and he learns how to live young in an all-boy society.
