It started as an innocent joke, a prank thought up by college boys, but it ended in a way that couldn’t have been foreseen by any of them. Schooldays were over, there was a war going on. They went to war, to learn fighting and killing instead of Greek and math, and the things they learned they brought back with them. That innocent joke became a deadly serious web of deception.
