Introduction
“I want to be whipped,” Donald said “I’ve been thinking about it and I want the strap.” George took the strap from him. They had discussed this action many times and he was prepared for it. Somehow, the room was transformed into something new, something mysterious. The feel of the room was—was—LEATHER. The three naked men walked to where Donald stood. They rubbed against him. Then George walked Donald to the high poster bed and tied his hands with handkerchiefs. “l guess I better be tied,” Donald explained, “if it’s going to work best.”
FOREWORD
Larry and Carl had been living together for two years when they decided to move to the country. It was Carl’s idea to set up a commune for like minded gay men but Larry implemented the idea with money and careful planning. For a while it looked like the venture would be a complete success.
But Larry and Carl soon ran into difficulties.
They loved each other well enough but it was hard to find other men who wanted anything more than a free ride. So many were insincere and selfish that Larry’s spirits began to flag, where he was almost tempted to give up on the project.
George and Donald had practically ruined the whole thing, coming in with their freaky big city ways and refusing to do a stitch of work. They had left after a few days but Larry remained depressed. He asked Carl again and again where they would find suitable communards.
Their first success was at a summer camp where Richard, Carl’s younger brother was in residence. The handsome lad had befriended two of the waiters and they made a common escape leaving the camp behind and moving on to a new life that was much more to their liking.
Then, one day, Carl and Larry made a trip into the big city, hoping against hope to find the sort of people they desired. They picked up two hitchhikers and then things started to improve. By the time they returned to the commune, they had four new men in tow.
After that, the commune had its ups and downs but everybody worked hard and nothing could really go wrong. They were eleven happy gay men now, sharing the work and sharing their love, without a thought of jealousy. It had been a long hard struggle but now Larry and Carl could congratulate themselves on their success in setting up a gay commune.
