Hotel Dick is the story of Marsh Prescott, boy traveler. That he just happens to wind up by being ripped-off in a smalltown flea-bag hotel is the cause for his story. Because the hotel where he is forced into slavery serves a very special purpose, and Marsh is very quick to discover that his body is part of that purpose, and the Dick of the title has nothing to do with police work of any sort. Marsh is forced to give it and take it in more ways than lesser people would have thought possible, and frequently so often that he never really has a chance to tell any of them that giving or taking Dick was his sworn life-long occupation.
Calvin, the overly hung and overly available little local farmboy managed to occupy Marsh’s free time, much to Marsh’s delight, even after Calvin’s own father, Marsh’s previous lover, decided to hell with incest, he just had to have some of that firm young meat, too. God knows, Calvin had more than enough to share.
